I graduated from the Finger Lakes school of Massage in 1997. I learned various styles of massage and my practice has lead me to doing mainly swedish massage with other modalities sprinkled in. Recently , I have added Thai yoga bodywork as a major modality as well. All my massage work is given with Metta, also known as loving kindness.
As for yoga, I have had my own personal practice for over 25 years. I took my first 200 hour teacher training in 2014 in power vinyasa flow and finished another 300 hours at the renowned Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. My yoga classes are for all levels, beginner to advanced.
I consider myself knowledgable in yoga and massage but also, always the student yearning to learn more. I enjoy learning new techniques , skills and ideas so that I can pass that on to my students and clients for them to have an amazing and healthy life!
